When this policy mentions "CardioDiagnostics," "we", "us" or "our", it refers to the CardioDiagnostics company that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy. The policy explains our privacy practices for CloudBeat cloud-based cardiac monitoring platform (which we will refer to as "Website"), CardioDiagnostics' mobile application MobiCardia (which we will refer to as "App"). When we say "Services", we refer to the Platform, App, and the in-house software that we work with.

At CardioDiagnostics, we value our customers' privacy. This Privacy Policy has been written to describe the conditions under which our Services are made available to you. The Privacy Policy discusses how data is obtained during your usage of our service and other terms that apply once you start using our Platform. By using our services, you are consenting to our processing of your personal data, usage data, anonymous data as indicated in our Privacy Policy. By processing, we mean the collection of data from your computer, or your mobile device, or gathering information in any other way, including saving, deleting and disclosing information.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is only used for general purposes. Personal Data you submit is used to aid us in serving you better as a customer and connecting you to the appropriate service. In addition to that we use your personal data to facilitate the creation of and secure your account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; improve the quality of experience in our system; send you administrative email notifications.

Usage data, which corresponds to non-personal data is used by us for reporting information about our services, such as usability, performance, and effectiveness. It may be used to improve you experience, usability and content. This data is also used for diagnostics purposes and service feature enhancements. Usage data is mostly collected by third party service providers.

Your patients' electronic health information is only accessible to you and to the monitoring center staff when needed. Authorized users use it to identify cardiac problems and create the final report for the physician's revision.

Patient confidentiality is our utmost priority. We never share, under any circumstance, information that could jeopardize the patient's identity and information. In some cases, most of the data is anonymized, to protect the patients' privacy.

About Children's Privacy

We do not use the Apps to intentionally collect data from children under the age of 13 or under the age of 18. We also do not target the website and platform for minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Third Party Data Collection – Service Providers

We may employ third party companies in order to facilitate the use and maintainability of our Services. Service providers contribute in delivering a complete solution for the customer and facilitate the data collection procedure, all of which will be used to enhance your experience.

We may use third party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our services.

We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your users' patient information against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. Some of the precautions we use to protect the information are firewalls, data encryption, information access controls and other security measures on our servers.
