When this policy mentions "CardioDiagnostics," "we", "us" or "our", it refers to the CardioDiagnostics company that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy. The policy explains our privacy practices for CloudBeat cloud-based cardiac monitoring platform (which we will refer to as "Website"), CardioDiagnostics' mobile application MobiCardia (which we will refer to as "App"). When we say "Services", we refer to the Platform, App, and the in-house software that we work with.

At CardioDiagnostics, we value our customers' privacy. This Privacy Policy has been written to describe the conditions under which our Services are made available to you. The Privacy Policy discusses how data is obtained during your usage of our service and other terms that apply once you start using our Platform. User Agreement

By using our services, you are consenting to our processing of your personal data, usage data, anonymous data as indicated in our Privacy Policy. By processing, we mean the collection of data from your computer, or your mobile device, or gathering information in any other way, including saving, deleting and disclosing information.

Data Collection

The following provide a detailed description of the data that we collect.

• Personal Data
  Different pieces of information, which, collected together, can lead to your identification. For example, name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address in addition to other information that are linked to any of the prior data.
  
• Usage Data
  Usage Data means any data collected by the service provider including but not limited to the number of Subscribers served, the volumes or types of Content stored, downloaded or used, the patterns or frequency of such use, use by geographic area or other similar analytical breakdown, network configurations, characteristics or capacity, performance metrics, trouble reports and customer service information. For example, when you access the service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, you mobile device operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, and other diagnostic data.
• Sensitive Data
  In addition, we also hold sensitive medical data about your patients' electronic health information including but not limited to: Notes and reports about your health status, treatment and care, live cardiac telemetry data, anomalies and further cardiac diagnostics.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is only used for general purposes. Personal Data you submit is used to aid us in serving you better as a customer and connecting you to the appropriate service. In addition to that we use your personal data to facilitate the creation of and secure your account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; improve the quality of experience in our system; send you administrative email notifications.

Usage data, which corresponds to non-personal data is used by us for reporting information about our services, such as usability, performance, and effectiveness. It may be used to improve you experience, usability and content. This data is also used for diagnostics purposes and service feature enhancements. Usage data is mostly collected by third party service providers.

Your patients' electronic health information is only accessible to you and to the monitoring center staff when needed. Authorized users use it to identify cardiac problems and create the final report for the physician's revision.

Patient confidentiality is our utmost priority. We never share, under any circumstance, information that could jeopardize the patient's identity and information. In some cases, most of the data is anonymized, to protect the patients' privacy.

About Children's Privacy

We do not use the Apps to intentionally collect data from children under the age of 13 or under the age of 18. We also do not target the website and platform for minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Third Party Data Collection – Service Providers

We may employ third party companies in order to facilitate the use and maintainability of our Services. Service providers contribute in delivering a complete solution for the customer and facilitate the data collection procedure, all of which will be used to enhance your experience.

We may use third party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our services.

• Microsoft Azure Services
  These services provide the need for storing, managing, analyzing our data, and retrieving insights about our Services. We use these services to have the best software in the market. Cloud-based storage is one of our most important systems and it is important to understand what data our third-party service providers collect.

• Visual Studio App Center
  Also, a Microsoft Product which collect analytical and user data from our Apps. These Data help us understand more about our users and their behavior when using our Apps. They provide us with key metrics and events of how the user is interacting with the Apps.

  We use google Play for the distribution of our Android Applications. Google Play Console also provide us with application insights that they collect automatically from your device.

We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your users' patient information against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. Some of the precautions we use to protect the information are firewalls, data encryption, information access controls and other security measures on our servers. However, no server is perfectly secure, you should take this into consideration when submitting personal information to any platform. You alone are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your personal information. Please use care when you access our services and provide personal information. It is important that you provide a valid email address in case you want to recover your account or receive personalized emails. We are not responsible of an invalid or lost email address that you provide. If you know or have reason to believe that your account credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account, please do not hesitate to contact us.
